Self-Leadership & Happiness

This 3-day intensive offers a new, science-based, experiential method of Self-Leadership for Happiness.

What makes this intensive unlike any other is an inside-out approach to master the art of leadership and resilience by practicing in-depth, clear, and effective exercises fostering happiness and wellbeing. To measure the benefits below, questionnaires will be administered to all participants at the beginning and at the end of the 3-day intensive.

At the end of this 3-day program, participants will receive a Certification of Completion from the WOHASU® Foundation and Dr. Sandro Formica.
